APAP’s Building Ethical & Equitable Partnerships

Dani was part of the APAP Equitable Partnership Working Group to create a document to explore a more ethical and equitable approach to relationships in the performing arts industry and build them upon ethical, equitable, and transparent practices.

  • Made in Scotland 2019

    Made in Scotland Showcase is selected by two panels of industry experts: one panel looks at theatre and dance applications, the other at the music ones. Dani was a part of the programming panel for theatre and dance.

    Made in Scotland supports Scottish artists to bring work to the Fringe and to take advantage of international opportunities received from performing at the festival.

  • Arts Council Ireland 2020

    Dani took part in a panel organized by Arts Council Ireland on July 2, 2020. They brought together artists and festival heads from across Ireland and international delegates from across Europe, Egypt and Canada to join a conversation around “Planning in the Face of Uncertainty.

  • Fringe Exchange 2020 & 2021

    On August 12, 2020 Dani took part in a panel organized by the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, as part of their Fringe Exchange Series.

  • WAA Conference 2018

    At the 2018 Western Arts Alliance conference in Las Vegas, Dani was a speaker on a panel about Pocket Commissioning and hosted a roundtable on the subject of using the arts to heal from trauma.

  • APAP Conference 2019

    Dani was a speaker on a panel during the 2019 APAP conference in New York City. The panel was about alternative models to commissioning.

  • Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2019

    Dani was part of a panel on How To Tour Your Show organized by the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society.

Inside Arts 2018

Dani Fecko was featured in APAP’s magazine Inside Arts article Girls with Dreams. Women with Visions. Dani was one of four generations of arts leaders who reflected on the roles of women and their career in the arts.
